Overview
Follow this article to learn how to download reports and influencer search results from Audiense Influencer Intelligence.
Influencer Intelligence allows users to generate detailed influencer audience analysis reports, download Audience Data reports in supported file formats, and download influencer discovery results for external analysis, campaign planning, and reporting workflows.
Note: Audience Data reports are downloaded directly from the platform. Influencer search results from the Influencer Identification workflow can be exported as downloadable files.
Understanding Export Options in Influencer Intelligence
nfluencer Intelligence supports two primary workflows for retrieving data from the platform:
- Downloading Audience Data reports
- Exporting Influencer Identification search results
Each workflow supports different output formats and use cases depending on the type of analysis being performed.
Downloading Audience Data Reports
Audience Data reports provide detailed insights into individual influencer, brand, or competitor accounts across:
- TikTok
- YouTube
These reports include demographic, psychographic, engagement, and audience analysis data.
Accessing Existing Reports:
To locate previously generated reports:
- Log in to the Influencer Intelligence platform and navigate to the "Audiense Data" tab
- Scroll below the search function to access your report history
- Locate the desired report from your save report list
- Click on the "View Report" to open the report. Previously generated reports can be viewed without consuming additional tokens.

How to Download Audience Data Reports
Once a report has been opened, it can be downloaded for external analysis and sharing.
Supported export formats include:
- JSON
PDF exports are useful for presentation-ready summaries and stakeholder reporting, while JSON exports provide structured raw data for technical analysis and BI workflows.
How to Download a Report:
- Log in to the Influencer Intelligence platform and navigate to the "Audiense Data" tab
- Scroll below the search function to access your report history
- Open the desired report, locate and click on the "Download" drop-down button.
- Select the preferred export format and download the report locally to your device.

- Influencer profile metrics
- Audience demographics
- Audience interests
- Brand affinity analysis
- Lookalike recommendations
- Engagement metrics
- Popular hashtags and mentions
- Audience credibility data
- TopicTensor insights
How to Export Influencer Search Results
To export influencer discovery results:
- Navigtate to the Influencer Indentification section and perform a search using keywords, hashtags, or filters.
- Apply any desired Audiense or influencer filters and review the results.
- Click on the "Export Search Results".
A configuration window will open, allowing you to customize the export settings before downloading the file.
Choosing Export Types
Influencer Intelligence supports two primary export configurations.
Standard Export:
The standard export includes basic influencer information, such as:
- Full name
- Influencer ID
- @Handle
- Profile URL
- Profile photo URL
- Follower counts
- Engagement metrics
- Applied filter values
This export type is useful for lightweight influencer evaluations and campaign shortlists.
Extended Data Export:
The extended export option includes additional influencer and audience intelligence data. To enable this option, Select Include contact details and demographic data during export configuration
Extended exports may include:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- WhatsApp details
- Telegram accounts
- Additional social platform links
- Audience demographics
- Audience interests
- Brand affinity data
- Bio descriptions
- Age and gender insights
- Geographic information
- Language and ethnicity data
This export format is commonly used for influencer outreach, talent research, and campaign targeting workflows.
